Complaints
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.
Please read the following before making a complaint:
1.If you find manufacturing defects in the product after you have received it, you have every right to make a complaint.
Only factory defects are recognised as a complaint.
The following will not be recognised as factory defects:
- loosening of the button sewing,
-punched and damaged expressions, zips and fasteners damaged as a result of improper use by the consumer,
- the type of material the product is made of,
- protruding threads on the seam, which can be self-cut to make the product ready for sale,
- protruding threads in other places which can be self-cut in order to make the product ready for sale,
- traces of use, e.g. soiling, pulling out, deformation of the material indicating that the product has been used.
(2) You are obliged immediately upon receipt of the goods (no later than 24 hours after receipt of the package) to inspect the goods and, if any damage is found, to raise objections to the delivered goods. You should immediately contact the Store by e-mail at zamówienia.aszmistyl@gmail.com or by phone tel.+48 795 959 076 and send the relevant photo documentation.
The Seller informs that he is obliged to deliver goods free of defects. If the defect does not raise any doubts as to the manufacturing defect, the customer is entitled to a refund. In the complaint, the following should be provided: the order number (or other data allowing to identify it), the Customer's contact details allowing to respond to the complaint and a description of the event giving rise to the complaint.
4.The Seller shall respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt, and if this is not possible, to inform the Customer within this period when the complaint will be considered.
Only when the complaint is submitted according to the above rules and accepted by the Store, the Customer is entitled to send the product back.
(5) If the complaint is accepted, please send the advertised product together with a copy of the purchase invoice to the following address: Aszmi Style ul. Rzemieślnicza 35 hall G box 298a, 95-030 Rzgów within a maximum of 1 month from receipt of the package.
The damaged product will be exchanged for a new one of full value. If this is not possible due to stock-outs, we will offer you another product at the same price available in the warehouse or refund your money.
7 The customer will send back the faulty goods at their own expense. This means that we do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels with advertised goods.
8) Customers who order shipment outside of Poland bear the cost of return shipment at their own expense. Once the complaint has been resolved, we will only refund the amount for the purchased goods.
